Person-Centered Counselling

Person-Centered Face-to-Face Counseling

Private, 55-minute sessions with a registered counselor, held in a dedicated therapy space within a professional therapy and placement service building. Start with a free assessment session, followed by an initial consultation over two sessions. From there, the therapeutic relationship begins with an open-ended approach — allowing you to close the work when you feel a bit more like you, recognize personal growth, or achieve the changes you aimed for. Guided by an ethical framework, ensuring safe and competent therapeutic practice and GDPR compliance as an ICO registered data controller.

Support for General Mental Health and Wellbeing Concerns

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to turn, counseling offers a space to explore what’s weighing you down. Support is available for anxiety, depression, trauma, loneliness, anger management, and stress — or simply when things feel too much, or are too much. Together, we’ll work through your experiences, developing resilience, promoting autonomy, and helping you gain a deeper understanding of yourself. You matter, and healing happens at your pace.
